The Stanford Institute for Theoretical Physics (SITP) invites applications for multiple postdoctoral scholar positions in quantum information science. Areas of interest include but are not limited to algorithms, black holes, communication, complexity, many-body dynamics, quantum error correction and scrambling. Researchers with a history of or inclination towards interacting with experimentalists are encouraged to apply.
Stanford faculty with active research interests in the area include:
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to interact with the many other Stanford researchers whose work intersects with quantum information, including:
A curriculum vitae, publication list, statement of research interests and three letters of recommendation are required.
Review of applications will begin on December 1, 2018.
