Hairy AdS black holes and their microstates

I will explain the recent constructions of hairy black holes in AdS. For BPS hairy black holes in AdS5 x S5, I will also explain their dual "evidence" from the maximal super-Yang-Mills theory at finite N, from the index and also from the supercharge cohomologies.
