I will describe the construction of specific entangled states of a pair of holographic CFTs and study their semiclassical bulk dual. First, I will show that the gravitational path integral in the saddle point approximation yields two AdS spacetimes entangled with a closed universe, and study the properties of the holographic map in this setting. Next I will discuss how an alternative semiclassical description of the same CFT state can be built using the extrapolate dictionary. This second description involves two AdS spacetimes but no closed universe. The existence of two bulk descriptions of the same dual state signals a possible ambiguity in the holographic dictionary. Finally, I will discuss possible resolutions of this puzzle and their implications for the description of semiclassical physics in closed universes.
